Afterward, please pack the item securely in a suitable replacement box with adequate protective materials to ensure it is well-protected during transit. Ensuring the item is well-protected remains your responsibility.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase for us to proceed with the return or exchange process.

3. Other Important Notes

  • Return Address: The specific address for returning the product may vary depending on the item and will be clearly provided on the return shipping label we send you.
  • Do Not Send Directly to Manufacturer: Please do not send the product directly back to the manufacturer of any components. All returns and exchanges are handled through CANANRA.
