Due to varying international customs procedures, cananra is not liable for packages shipped via this method once they leave our warehouse. If you encounter any issues with tracking or fail to receive your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a complaint.

In certain cases, based on the total value of your order, we may choose a shipping method that requires a signature upon delivery.
