Return Policy
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
All merchandise returned to cananra must be in its original packaging with all accompanying items. If the original packaging is unavailable, please securely pack your item in a replacement box with proper packaging to ensure the device is well-protected. The return address may vary depending on the product but will be included on the return label.
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Purchases made during promotional sales are final and cannot be refunded or returned unless there is a manufacturer defect.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often a processing period before a refund is posted. Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
