• A blank sheet of paper (larger than your foot)
• A pen or pencil
• A ruler or measuring tape

Steps to Follow:

1. Prepare Your Space: Place the sheet of paper on a hard, flat surface, ensuring one edge of the paper is flush against a straight wall.
2. Position Your Foot: Stand upright on the paper with your heel gently touching the wall. Distribute your body weight evenly across both feet for the most accurate measurement.
3. Mark the Longest Point: Ideally, ask someone else to help you draw a straight line at the very tip of your longest toe. (If measuring yourself, try to keep your foot steady and mark carefully).
4. Take the Measurement: Step off the paper. Use your ruler or measuring tape to measure the distance from the edge of the paper (that was against the wall) to the line you just marked. This is your foot length.
